 Here are the steps to check Kerala Land Records on the E-Rekha portal:

  1. Visit the official E-Rekha website (http://erekha.kerala.gov.in/).
  2. Log in to the portal by clicking on the 'Sign In' button located on the top right-hand side of the page. If you haven't registered before, click on the 'Sign Up' button to create a new account.
  3. After logging in, navigate to the 'File Search' section on the menu bar.
  4. Click on the type of record you wish to access - 'Old Survey Records', 'District Maps', or 'Resurvey Records'.
  5. Select your district, taluk, and village from the respective drop-down menus.
  6. Choose the type of document you're looking for from the available options.
  7. Enter the relevant survey number and block number associated with the land record you want to check.
  8. Click on the 'Submit' button to initiate the search.
  9. The portal will display a preview of the matched document(s).
  10. To download the document, click on the 'Checkout' button.
  11. If you're logged in, you'll be prompted to verify important details and pay the applicable document fee through the online payment gateway.
  12. Once the payment is processed successfully, you can download the survey record and save it for future reference.

It's important to note that you must have a registered account on the E-Rekha portal to access and download land records. The registration process requires you to provide your name, email ID, password, address, mobile number, and pin code.

Additionally, the E-Rekha portal allows you to check revenue map records by following a similar process. After clicking on 'Resurvey Records' in the 'File Search' section, select the appropriate options under the 'Map' and 'Registers' categories, and enter the required details like district, taluk, village, block number, and sheet number.

By following these steps, you can easily access and download various types of land records, including old survey records, district maps, resurvey records, and revenue map records, through the user-friendly interface of the E-Rekha portal.
