Here are the steps to check land records in Karnataka:

Visit the Karnataka Land Records website: https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/

On the home page, click on the "View Records / Records View" button.

You will be redirected to a page where you need to select the district and taluk (sub-district) where your land is located.

After selecting the district and taluk, you can search for your land records using one of the following options:

a. Village Name: Enter the name of the village where your land is located.

b. Survey Number: Enter the survey number (Re-Survey or Hakku Patrada Sankhye) of your land.

c. Owner Name: Enter the name of the landowner.

Once you have entered the required details, click on the "Search" button.

The search results will display the available land records matching your search criteria.

You can view the details of your land, such as the survey number, owner's name, extent of the land, and other relevant information.

If you need a certified copy of the land records (Khata Certificate, Mutation Extract, or any other document), you can apply for it online by clicking on the appropriate link or button.

It's important to note that the Karnataka Land Records website is regularly updated, and the process may vary slightly depending on any recent updates or changes. If you face any difficulties or have specific queries, you can contact the Karnataka Land Records helpline or visit the nearest Bangaluru One (B1) center for assistance.

Additionally, you can also check land records through the Comprehensive Land Records Management Program (CLRMP) website (https://karamunavara.com) or the National Land Records Modernization Programme (NLRMP) website (https://nlrmp.karnataka.gov.in).
